Zachary New

Zachary New is a Deep Learning Engineer at Carbon Robotics. Zachary was previously a Data Scientist at the Pacific Northwest National Laboratory from July 2018 to December 2021. Prior to that, they were a Mathematics TA at Western Washington University from August 2016 to July 2018, and a Math tutor from May 2015 to May 2016. Zachary also worked as a labor at Claddagh Construction from June 2013 to September 2013, and as the In-House Manufacturing Director at Western Formula SAE from June 2013 to September 2014.

Zachary New attended North Seattle College before completing a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics at Western Washington University. Zachary then went on to earn a Master's degree in Mathematics from Western Washington University.

They are on a team with Raven Pillmann - Deep Learning Engineer, Evan Brossard - Deep Learning Engineer, and Andrew Booth - Purchasing Specialist. Their manager is Alex Sergeev, CTO.
