Christopher Gilhooley

Christopher Gilhooley is a Research Scientist at Carbon Solutions since July 2023, focusing on Enterprise Open-Source GIS System Implementation involving QGIS, PostGIS/PostgreSQL, and Geoserver. Christopher has extensive experience in data science and engineering, having served as a Data Science Consultant at Avicado Construction Technology Services, where strategic integration of SaaS systems was developed. Previous roles include GIS Analyst at DeLoach Engineering Science, Owner and GIS Analyst at Proxeme LLC, GIS Specialist at Ardaman & Associates, Graduate Assistant at Florida State University, and GIS Intern at LYNX. Christopher holds a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning from Florida State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Central Florida.
