Gerardo Vizcaíno

Gerardo Vizcaíno has been working in the IT industry since 2006, when they started as a freelancer. In 2014, they joined Hoteles Buenaventura as an I.T. Manager, where they were responsible for software, computer hardware, and networking related services for three hotels, providing support for an average of 150 users. In 2015, they were promoted to Research and Development Manager at Corporativo Hoteles Buenaventura. In 2018, they joined Siti Systems as a Support Engineer & Project Design, providing Tier 1 and Tier 2 Level support for enterprise class clients and luxury residences at Bahía de Banderas, mostly Punta de Mita. Gerardo was also responsible for network design and administration, house automation, and Internet of Things integration. In 2022, they joined Carbon Systems as Support Team Lead.

Gerardo Vizcaíno obtained an Associate's Degree in Information Technology from Universidad Tecnológica de Bahía de Banderas in 2011-2013, followed by a Bachelor's Degree in the same field from the same university in 2013-2015.
