Eloise Inedahl-Swales

With over 10 years of experience working with internal and commercial operations in the UK, Ireland and Nordics – Eloise now brings her vast experience of driving and implementing digitisation and change management to Carbon13. Her previous experience includes implementing loyalty programmes for local businesses, driving sales for international blue-chip brands and building trade relationships at the Swiss Chamber of Commerce in Sweden. Most recently she led an international team with 7 direct reports and over £15M annual turnover as well as supporting the wider group through changes to business models and financial restructuring. Her passion and experience in implementing sustainable business models led to her completing the course Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies, at Cambridge Judge Business School in 2022. When she is not at Carbon13 she dedicates some of her time as a Trustee at the charity Newham New Deal Partnership to support vulnerable residents and hard to reach groups in the London boroughs of Tower Hamlets and Newham.
