Jelena Oka Bsc

Jelena Oka holds a BSc and MSc in Power Engineering and has extensive experience in the engineering and technology sectors, particularly in transmission and distribution. Currently, Jelena serves as the Head of Transmission and Distribution at Ramboll since June 2025 and is an active member of the Carbon13 Alumni, focusing on building scalable climate ventures. Previous roles include Design Leader at Laing O'Rourke, Engineering Director at Amey, and Technical Director at WSP in the UK, where significant contributions to major infrastructure projects were made. Roles at Jacobs Engineering and FINNING UK Ltd helped develop expertise in power generation and transmission. Jelena's training encompasses a range of skills from engineering contracts to communication and negotiation.
