Caroline Gogolak is a dynamic leader in the fashion and retail industries, currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Saint Art, a New York ready-to-wear brand specializing in elevated denim that combines menswear elements with femininity. Prior to this, Caroline held significant roles at SoulCycle Inc., where responsibilities included leading the retail P&L across over 99 locations and e-commerce, transforming the brand into a prominent direct-to-consumer activewear label. As co-founder and President of Carbon38, Caroline played a crucial role in establishing the luxury activewear lifestyle brand. Earlier in their career, Caroline gained valuable experience as an analyst at Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. Caroline holds an A.B. from Harvard University.
