Emily Rose Williams has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Emily Rose started their career at The University of Texas at Austin as a Team Captain for the Women's Swimming and Diving team from August 2011 to August 2015. Emily Rose then worked as a Biomedical Engineering Research Assistant under Dr. Kenneth Diller from July 2015 to August 2016.

In 2015, Emily joined RIDE Indoor Cycling as a Front Desk Key Lead, where they worked from July 2015 to October 2017. Emily Rose then joined BSX Athletics as a Research Scientist from May 2016 to August 2017.

Emily's most recent work experience is at Carbon, where they have held various positions. Emily Rose started as a Technical Partner from October 2017 to April 2019. Emily Rose was then promoted to Senior Technical Partner and worked in that role from April 2019 to September 2021. Emily then transitioned to a Product Manager position and worked from September 2021 to April 2022. Following that, they served as a Senior Product Manager from April 2022 to October 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Business Development Director at Carbon, starting in October 2022.
