Jiaqi Ren

Jiaqi Ren has extensive work experience that spans several companies and roles. Currently, Jiaqi is working as a Senior Application Engineer at Carbon since August 2021. Prior to that, Jiaqi worked at CELLINK from April 2019 to June 2021, taking on roles such as North America Support Lead, Senior Application Specialist, and Application Engineer. In these positions, Jiaqi provided application-focused solutions to support sales teams, delivered technical support and training to customers, composed protocols and technical documentation, and ensured customer satisfaction. Before joining CELLINK, Jiaqi worked as an Application/Technical Service Engineer at UnionTech 3D from May 2018 to April 2019, collaborating with distributors and providing installation, service, and training for UnionTech SL 3D printers. Jiaqi also has experience as a Hub Owner at 3D Hubs from July 2015 to May 2018. Jiaqi's earlier work experience includes roles as a Laboratory Assistant and Teaching Assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute from 2016 to 2017, as well as a Student Photographer from 2013 to 2015.

Jiaqi Ren holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, which was obtained from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, Jiaqi completed a Bachelor's Degree in Robotics Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from the same institution, graduating from 2011 to 2015. In addition to these academic qualifications, Jiaqi has also obtained a certification in Additive Manufacturing: Metal 3D Printing from LinkedIn in June 2021.
