Sharon A. Ross

Sharon A. Ross has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Sharon A. began their career in 1992 as a Telecommunications Analyst at Household Finance. In 1995, they joined CallPro Canada as a Senior Solutions Design Consultant until 2005. At IBM, Sharon worked as a Project Manager/IPT Specialist from 2005 to 2007. Sharon A. then joined Softchoice in 2007 as a Project Manager before assuming the role of Customer Success Manager from 2010 to 2019. From 2019 to 2022, they served as an Adoption and Change Management Consultant at Softchoice. Currently, Sharon is employed at Carbon60 as a Technical Account Manager.

Sharon A. Ross has obtained a Diploma in Office Systems from Centennial College. Additionally, they have obtained several additional certifications including the Viva Insights Practitioner certification from Microsoft in July 2022, the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in May 2021, and the ITIL V3 certification in June 2011.
