Previously, Sanjay served as the CEO and Business Head at Murugappa Morgan Thermal Ceramics Ltd and held various leadership positions at Carborundum Universal Limited. Sanjay holds a PGDM in Manufacturing Management from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research and a B.E. in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from Coimbatore Institute of Technology.
