Mario Koller

Mario Koller has a diverse work experience in the banking and payment services industry. Mario is currently serving as the Head of Products at card complete Service Bank AG since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Stellvertretender Aufsichtsratvorsitzender at PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH from March 2017 to March 2022.

Before joining card complete Service Bank AG and PSA Payment Services Austria GmbH, Mario worked at UniCredit Bank Austria AG in various roles. Mario was the Head of E2E cards Austria and Head of E-Banking, Mobile & SelfService Development & Management from September 2019 to December 2021. Mario also served as the Head of Integrated MultiChannel Management & Strategy from January 2017 to May 2019. Mario's earlier roles at UniCredit Bank Austria AG include Head of Cards, Teller & SelfServices, Prozessmanager, Produktmanager Bank- und Kreditkarten, and Kundenbetreuer.

Additionally, Mario has served as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Studiengesellschaft für Zusammenarbeit im Zahlungsverkehr (STUZZA) G.m.b.H. from September 2019 to December 2020. Mario also held a similar position at card complete Service Bank AG from March 2017 to March 2020.

Mario Koller completed their Matura degree at BHAK Wien 22 from 1991 to 1997. From 1998 to 2000, they pursued Handelswissenschaften at WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), however, they did not complete their degree. Later, from 2019 to 2021, they obtained a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Management & IT from Universität für Weiterbildung Krems.
