Andy Thompson

Andy Thompson has extensive work experience in the field of IT service management. Andy began their career at EDS as an Application Maintenance Technical Lead from 2005 to 2007. Andy then joined Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they held various roles, including IT Service Manager, Live Service Support Manager, Problem Management Lead, Delivery Lead, and Service Level Manager. After that, they worked at Serco - a world of experience as an Application Manager for a brief period in 2017. Later in the same year, they joined Accenture as a Technical Project Manager. In 2017, they also became the Director at AT Service Management Ltd. From 2018 to 2021, they served as an IT Service Manager at Fenwick Limited. Currently, they serve as the Head of IT Service Management at Card Factory, a position they have held since August 2022.

Andy Thompson attended Bedlingtonshire Community High School from 1988 to 1993, but did not obtain a degree or specialize in any specific field of study.
