Andy Davies

Andy Davies is currently serving as the Head of IT Service Management at bet365 since June 2023, overseeing IT service delivery, management, service desk, and support. Prior to this role, Andy held various positions at JD Sports Fashion plc from June 2014 to May 2023, including Associate Director IT (Service Delivery & Management) and Service Delivery Manager. Andy's experience also includes a tenure at Barclays from June 2010 to June 2014, where responsibilities encompassed project management for penetration testing and service transition management. Previous work at IBM from September 1998 to June 2010 involved global service management for AstraZeneca and project management for IT service desk transitions. Throughout a multifaceted career, Andy has demonstrated expertise in IT service management, project delivery, and process improvement within both corporate and technical environments.
