Danielle Young

Danielle Young has a diverse work experience in the field of IT, spanning over several companies and roles. Danielle currently holds the position of IT Operations Director at Card Factory since January 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Director of IT Strategy & Governance at the same company from August 2022 to January 2023. Before joining Card Factory, Danielle worked at Fenwick as the IT Director from December 2019 to July 2020 and as the Head of Service & Operations from February 2018 to December 2019. Danielle also held the position of Head of IT Services at Fenwick Limited from May 2016 to February 2018. Prior to joining Fenwick, they served as an IT Vendor Manager at Balfour Beatty - Business Services from August 2013 to May 2016. Before that, they worked as a Business Account Manager at NHS South of Tyne and Wear from July 2011 to August 2013. Danielle began their career at BT Global Services, where they worked as a Client Delivery Manager from 2007 to 2010. Prior to BT Global Services, they held the position of ITIL Service Manager at BT Syntegra from September 1997 to November 2007.

Danielle Young attended Ponteland High School from 1989 to 1993. Danielle later went on to study at the University of Southampton from 1993 to 1996, where they earned a BA degree in Psychology and Media Communications.
