Kalpana Sharma

Kalpana Sharma has been working in the customer service industry since 2015. Kalpana began their career as a Customer Service Representative at Zokcate in 2015. Kalpana then moved to Flipkart in 2017 as an Operations Executive. In 2019, they joined udaan.com as a Customer Support Specialist. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as a Senior Client Success Specialist at Card91.

Kalpana Sharma completed their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree in Tourism and Travel Services Management from Our Lady Of Fatima School in 2015, after starting their studies in 2012.
