Dominic Pace

Dominic Pace has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Dominic currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Carde.io, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded Caster Society in November 2021.

From 2020 to 2022, Dominic worked at ZenBusiness where they held two roles. Dominic started as a Senior Software Engineer and was one of the first front-end developers for the company. Dominic worked on various projects including building an internal component library called ZenLibrary and developing innovative products such as Amendment and Annual Reports. Later, they were promoted to Staff Engineer and led multiple teams, including the Acquisition team and the Optimization team.

Before ZenBusiness, Dominic worked as a Freelance Developer from 2018 to 2020. Dominic specialized in JavaScript technologies and provided consultancy services to companies across the country. Dominic worked with Dataclay as a Full Stack Engineer, utilizing technologies such as React, Redux, Node, and Express.

From 2016 to 2018, Dominic worked at Welltok, Inc. as a Software Engineer. Dominic initially joined the platform and infrastructure team, utilizing React, Redux, GraphQL, and NodeJS to build the Cafewell Central SaaS application. Later, they transitioned to the Coaching team, where they worked on consumer and manager-facing SaaS applications.

Dominic started their career in 2015 at Ipswitch, Inc. as a Test Automation Engineer. Dominic was responsible for creating and maintaining the automated mobile framework, test suites, and test cases for their MOVEit applications. Dominic utilized Java, Selenium, Appium, and other technologies to build the mobile testing framework.

In 2012, Dominic interned as a QA Engineer at The Weather Company, an IBM Business. Dominic manually tested their Fusion software, wrote bug reports, and communicated with developers to validate and fix issues.

Throughout their career, Dominic has gained expertise in JavaScript technologies, including React and React Native, as well as other languages and frameworks such as Ruby, Java, and Selenium. Dominic has experience in building and scaling various web applications, leading teams, and optimizing marketing strategies.

Dominic Pace's education history begins in 2012 when they enrolled at Nashua Community College. Dominic pursued an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship and completed it in 2015. In the same period, they also studied Computer Science at Nashua Community College and earned another Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in 2015.

In 2015, Dominic Pace further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Java Certificate from Udemy Alumni. Dominic continued their professional development in 2015 by acquiring a Selenium Certificate, specializing in Selenium using Java.

In 2017, Dominic Pace expanded their knowledge by undertaking various courses at Udemy Alumni. Dominic obtained a React Native Certificate, demonstrating their proficiency in React Native development. Additionally, they earned a certificate in API Development with Node, Express, ES6, and Mongo, showcasing their expertise in developing APIs using these technologies.
