Ankit Soam

Ankit Soam has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Ankit began their career at IBM Global Process Services in 2005, where they served as Lead Recruitments for six years. In 2011, Ankit joined Dell as a Talent Acquisition Analyst and stayed with the company for four years. Ankit then moved on to EY, where they worked as an Assistant Manager from 2015 to 2018. Ankit then transitioned to Bain & Company, where they held the role of Team Leader Talent Acquisition for two years. In 2020, Ankit joined KPMG Global Services (KGS) as a Talent Acquisition Manager and stayed with the company until early 2021. Currently, Ankit is working at CarDekho as a Senior Manager Talent Acquisition and has recently been promoted to the role of Associate Director - Talent Acquisition. CarDekho is a leading auto portal in India, known for its extensive research and exclusive collaborations with car manufacturers, dealers, and financial institutions.

Ankit Soam completed their Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Business/Commerce, General from Delhi in 2005.
