Melissa Armstrong has a vast work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Melissa began their career in 1999 with First Data Corporation as a Sr HR Generalist, where they worked until 2007. In 2008, they joined the City of Gainesville as an HR Liaison for a brief period before transitioning to Black Knight as a Manager, where they worked until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, Melissa worked at International Speedway Corporation (ISC) in various HR positions, including Sr HR Generalist and HR Manager. Currently, since 2019, they are employed by NASCAR, where they first served as the Human Resources Director and then was promoted to Sr Director, Human Resources in January 2022.
Melissa Armstrong obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Florida - Warrington College of Business, completing their studies from 1992 to 1995.
