Manish Wadhwa is currently the Chief People Officer at CarDekho. Prior to this, they were the Head HR Business Partner at RIVIGO from July 2018 to December 2019. From March 2016 to July 2018, they were the Director - HR at Flipkart. From March 2012 to March 2016, they were the Head HR - Consumer Business at airtel. From March 2008 to February 2012, they were the Human Resource Business Partner - Infratructure Function/ Enabling Function at Barclays Bank PLC & BTCI (CIBWIM).

Manish Wadhwa has an MBA in Finance & Human Resources from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad. Manish also has a B.Com(Hons) in Business from Sri Venkateshwara College, Delhi University. Manish has studied Commerce & Mathematics at D.P.S Mathura Road.
