Rishi Gupta

Rishi Gupta is an accomplished recruitment professional with significant experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Currently serving as the Assistant Manager - TA at CarDekho Group since November 2021, Rishi leads the recruitment lifecycle, focusing on sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding candidates to build a high-performing team. Previously, Rishi worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at OLX People from January 2019 to June 2021, managing recruitment services and leading candidate sourcing initiatives for clients across India. Earlier experience includes a role as a Human Resources Assistant at USV PRIVATE LIMITED, where Rishi supported HR functions and managed attendance records for over 700 employees.
