Karishma Suvarna

Karishma Suvarna has over a decade of experience in talent acquisition and training, primarily at MResult since February 2013, where roles have included Assistant Manager - TA, Senior Lead Talent Acquisition, and Lead Talent Acquisition. Responsibilities have encompassed supporting recruitment teams, negotiating offers, and advising hiring managers on staffing policies and equal employment opportunity regulations.
