Brian Phillips

Brian Phillips has a strong background in sales and marketing in the home construction industry. Brian is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Cardel Homes, a position they have held since November 2017. Prior to their role at Cardel Homes, Brian worked as the General Manager of Sales and Marketing at PulteGroup from July 2016 to May 2017. Brian also spent a significant portion of their career at KB Home, where they held various roles including Regional Sales Director from September 2012 to June 2016, and Sales and Marketing from May 2005 to August 2012.

Brian Phillips attended Florida State University from 2001 to 2006, where they received a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Housing and Human Environments. Additionally, they earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Housing Development during the same period.
