Eduardo Figueroa, CGC has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry. Eduardo is currently serving as the Director of Planning and Design at Cardella Construction Company, LLC since August 2021. Previously, they held the position of Director of Construction at Turnberry from February 2020 to July 2021. Before that, they worked as a Project Executive at Plaza Construction from March 2019 to February 2020. Eduardo also served as a Senior Project Manager at Moss & Associates (Construction) from May 2005 to February 2019. Prior to that, they were a Project Manager at Facchina Construction of Florida, LLC (AMEC Construction Management, Inc.) from January 2001 to May 2005. Eduardo started their career as a Project Manager at Caribe General Constructors, Inc. in October 1994 and held the position until August 1998. Eduardo's expertise includes project management, budget administration, cost estimation, and coordination with subcontractors. Eduardo has a strong background in bidding, contract administration, and permit procurement.

Eduardo Figueroa, CGC has an extensive education history in the field of construction and civil engineering. Eduardo obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Civil Engineering with a focus on Structural Design from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 1990 and continued their education at the Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in 1994.

To further enhance their expertise in construction management, Eduardo pursued a Master's degree in Construction Management from Florida International University from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their educational achievements, Eduardo has also obtained various certifications to expand their professional skills. Eduardo became a Certified General Contractor in June 2004 through the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. Recently, they have obtained three Procore certifications: Procore Certified: Project Manager (Financial Management), Procore Certified: Project Manager (Project Management), and Procore Certified: Project Manager at GC (Preconstruction) from Procore Technologies in September 2021.
