David Becker

David Becker has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. David started their career as an Architectural Technician at Harrison Design in 2016. In 2017, they worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at The Growth Co. ™ and then pursued their passion for software development by enrolling as a student at Turing School of Software & Design.

After completing their studies, David worked as a Contract Software Developer at WeTheFashion.com, where they built a niche fashion social media web application using React.js, GraphQL, and MongoDB. David then joined TrainingPeaks in 2018 as a Software Engineer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the TrainingPeaks application and marketplace using React. Their responsibilities included building new features, improving existing architecture, and implementing tools and processes to increase productivity.

Most recently, David joined CardFree in 2020 as a Frontend Developer. David contributes to the development of the admin portal, which allows clients to manage feature configurations, view analytics and reporting, and set up merchant-level configuration. Their expertise includes Vue.js, Vuex, VuexORM, and Buefy.

David Becker attended the Turing School of Software & Design in 2017, where they studied Front-End Web Development. Prior to that, they enrolled at Colorado College from 2011 to 2014 and earned a Bachelor's degree in Sustainable Design.
