Martin Condy

Martin Condy has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations and roles. Their most recent position was as the Director of CAVC for Business at Cardiff and Vale College, where they led strategic business development and fostered employer partnerships. Prior to that, they worked as a Learning and Development Business Partner at the college, focusing on client relationships, course design, and workforce development solutions.

Before joining Cardiff and Vale College, Martin served as a Learning and Development Business Partner at The Wallich, a homelessness charity, where they managed the organization's learning and development efforts. Martin also has experience as the owner, trainer, and facilitator at Development Rites, where they provided personal and professional development services. This included leadership and management development, instructional design, and support for domestic violence prevention programs.

Earlier in their career, Martin served as a National Youth Work Advisor and Youth Development Coordinator at Weston Spirit, and as a Despatcher at Servisair. Martin Condy has a comprehensive education history. Martin completed their Master of Science (MSc) in Human Resources Development at the University of South Wales from 2015 to 2016. Prior to that, they attained a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from the same institution between 2013 and 2015. In 2008, Martin Condy earned a BA (hons) degree in Education and Training from the University of Newport. Martin also obtained a PGCE (Postgraduate Certificate in Education) in Education and Training from the University of Newport from 2006 to 2008.

In addition to their academic achievements, Martin Condy has acquired multiple certifications. In September 2020, they obtained the "Safe Return to Work (COVID-19)" certification from City & Guilds.
