Mitchell Jones is an experienced professional in the fields of equity, inclusion, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Head of Equity & Inclusion at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board since March 2022, Mitchell previously held multiple roles at Swansea Bay University Health Board from January 2016 to March 2022, including Lead OD & Staff Experience Facilitator and Interim Education Centres Manager.
