Brandon Skidmore

Brandon Skidmore oversees overall divisional operations and sales, which includes a focus on forward thinking and growth strategy. Since joining the company in 2017, he has strived to anticipate and exceed customer needs, opening the door for further success and additional employee opportunities.

“At Cardinal, the customer comes first. And, sometimes, that means setting our titles and positions aside,” says Brandon. “Through effective collaboration, we can solve customers needs faster and more efficiently than our competitors.”

Formerly with Ashland, Inc., an American chemical company headquartered in Covington, Kentucky, Brandon has experience working with a variety of industries, from automotive, steel, ship building and heavy equipment to chemical, personal care, and semi-conductors. He launched his career at Ashland, Inc. as an operations specialist, focusing on implementing environmental sustainability programs at customer locations across the U.S. From there, Brandon progressed through leadership roles in sales, technical operations in the water treatment industry, and operational leadership in the environmental services field. He is a graduate of Bowling Green State University with a double major in biology and environmental science.

Brandon believes in taking the time to understand individual differences and that this diversity makes Cardinal strong. “I enjoy meeting new employees who have a passion to advance and grow,” says Brandon. “When I see this drive, I’ll willing to give as much of my time and knowledge as possible to help them flourish. It’s a win-win for both our employees and our company.”
