Amanda Messner has held various roles in property management, starting as a Community Assistant and working their way up to becoming a Customer Accounts Manager at Cardinal Group Companies. Throughout their career, Amanda has successfully managed properties, increased occupancy rates, and stabilized communities after management transitions. Amanda has a Bachelor of Science degree in Merchandise & Textile Analyst with a Business minor from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
