Carynes Gitler

Carynes serves as the Director of Operations Training & Development on the People & Culture team at Cardinal Group Management. Carynes has over 20 years of experience in the student housing industry and started her career onsite in Tallahassee, FL after graduating from Florida State University. She is responsible for the day-to-day leadership management of the Operations Training & Development+ Travel Platforms for team members at Cardinal Group.

Carynes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Florida State University. She is both a Gallup-certified StrengthFinders Coach and a Boss to Coach Manager.
