Dana Leffler

Dana Leffler is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in the property management and marketing sectors. Currently serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at Cardinal Group Companies since December 2020, Dana has also held senior roles in talent advising. Previous positions include senior recruitment efforts while self-employed, and leadership roles at Campus Apartments and Campus Advantage, where Dana focused on special projects and operations. Dana’s career began at American Campus Communities, with significant management roles in multiple residential properties, alongside experience in leasing and marketing at College Park Communities. Dana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business, Management, and Marketing from Penn State University.
