Jack Washburn

Jack first started his career with Cardinal in 2015 as a Property Accountant and has since held several roles throughout the organization. Jack transitioned to Cardinal Group Investments in 2017 and now serves as a Vice President of Asset Management, where he is responsible for managing and overseeing the execution of business plans across a portfolio of student housing communities.

Jack graduated from the University of Vermont in 2012. He started his career in commercial real estate in Burlington, VT, and spent a year as a ski instructor in Jackson Hole, WY, before starting his Cardinal journey.
