Janna Dalton

Janna serves as the VP of Asset Management, responsible for the investment success of a national portfolio of student housing properties. Janna brings over a decade of experience in multifamily and student housing property and investment management.

Janna holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a Management Emphasis from the Milgard School of Business from the University of Washington. In addition to her degree, Janna also is the IREM Denver Chapter President and an IREM Certified Property Manager (CPM®) while also attending Georgetown University for her Master’s in Real Estate with expected graduation in Spring 2023.
