Lisa Matter

Lisa Matter is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in real estate transactions and compliance. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Real Estate Transactions at Cardinal Group Companies, Lisa has previously held significant roles at Miller Global Properties, LLC, including General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, as well as General Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior legal experience includes positions as an Attorney at Moye White LLP and Isaacson Rosenbaum P.C. Lisa obtained a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Denver - Sturm College of Law and holds a degree from Michigan State University.
