Phil Ginsburg

Phil is joining Cardinal as the Director of Centralized Services focusing on tracking KPIs and finding efficiencies in the process while building out their centralized model. Prior to joining Cardinal, Phil worked on-site, held a traveling role, and worked in Centralized leasing for 2 years. He is Bringing 10 years of experience in the industry, a driven and dedicated mindset with a passion for developing and empowering others.

Phil is from Atlanta originally but has lived in Atlanta, Chicago, Miami, and now just south of Fort Lauderdale. He can always be found spending time with his Fiancé and their dog Shiloh, enjoying the outdoors, or traveling. His advice to everyone is to "always trust the process and remember to have a good time doing it!"
