Ola Snow

Ola Snow has been the Chief Human Resources Officer at Cardinal Health since August 2001. Prior to that, they were the Regional Human Resources Director at TeleSpectrum Worldwide from November 1996 to August 2001. In that role, they worked closely with the Senior Vice President of Operations to develop and execute strategic and tactical plans to meet client demands, reductions in expenses and capital. Ola also provided development, support and guidance to seven Human Resources Managers. Additionally, they were the corporate Human Resources representative for functions and senior leadership. Ola evaluated, developed and implemented programs and practices, which supported and achieved business strategy and or improved the effectiveness of the Human Resource function.

Ola Snow reports to Jason Hollar, CEO. They work with Bill Owad - SVP, Operational Excellence, Jessica L. Mayer - Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, and Steve Mason - CEO, Medical Segment.
