Rafael A Pichardo

Rafael A Pichardo, MS, is a highly experienced professional in the field of regulatory operations and medical device consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Cardinal Health since May 2021, Rafael specializes in design, development, and manufacturing.
