Hayley Harding is an experienced professional with a strong background in customer solutions and sales management across various industries, including FMCG and B2B markets. Currently serving as the Head of Customer Solutions at Cardinal since October 2022, Hayley is responsible for driving continuous improvement strategies and managing a team dedicated to exceptional service. Prior to this role, Hayley held multiple positions at Kimberly-Clark Professional, including NZ Team Leader and Senior Distributor Manager, where expertise in hygiene, food processing, and health sectors was developed.
