Vickie Lootens

Vickie is the ninth executive leader of Cardinal Services, starting her tenure on July 1, 2022. Before becoming Executive Director, Vickie served as Chief Development Officer, a role she continues to play in addition to her new duties. Vickie came to Cardinal in 2005 as the head of the Career Links community employment program. She then became Director of KABS, before becoming Director of Development and then Chief Development Officer. She now brings this invaluable experience and understanding to the role of Executive Director.
