Barbara M. Logan Smith, PhD, is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusiveness. Currently serving as the Chief of Experience & Belonging at Teach For America since November 2014, Barbara also holds the position of Chief Learning Officer at Exponential Development Group, LLC, and Vice President at The Efficacy Institute, both since October 2014 and August 2008 respectively. Additionally, Barbara contributes as an Adjunct Faculty member at Cardinal Stritch University since August 2013. Academic credentials include a PhD in Education and Leadership from Cardinal Stritch University, an MS in Curriculum and Instruction from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a BA in Education and Psychology from Lakeland University.
