Jay Adalat

Jay Adalat has extensive experience in the automotive sales and finance sectors, currently serving as a Sales Manager for both Cardinale Automotive Group and Future CDJR of Concord since 2022 and November 2021, respectively. Previous roles include Finance Manager positions at Sunnyvale Ford Lincoln, Stevens Creek Hyundai, Honda of Oakland, and Dublin Toyota, as well as Sales Manager at Honda of Stevens Creek and Auto West Dodge. Jay's career began as Principal Managing Partner at Home Advantage Elite. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in F&I Management from the Taylor Braun School of Automotive Finance, along with an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ohlone College.
