Jake Urban

Jake Urban has a diverse work experience, beginning with their role as an Office Assistant at CieloStar in 2011. In the same year, they also began working as a Staff Reporter for Forum Communications Co. where they wrote and formatted over 50 stories, columns, and exposés, including more than a dozen front page spreads. In 2014, they worked as a Trainer for Parasole Restaurant Holdings, Inc. and as a Server for Manny's Steakhouse. In 2017, they became the Manager at Volstead's Emporium and an Account Executive at Six12Labs, inc. In 2018, they joined Jamf as a Manager, Sales Development, supporting two teams of sales reps for their commercial/education inside sales organization. Jake also held the role of Account Executive, and Sales Development Representative with a territory consisting of New York, Pennsylvania, and Washington D. C. In 2022, they began working as the Senior Manager of Sales Development at CardinalOps.

Jake Urban's education history includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Linguistics and English: Creative Writing from the University of Minnesota from 2011 to 2015. Jake also attended the University of Bergen (UiB) from 2013 to 2014, focusing on International Linguistics and Digital Poetics. In 2011 and 2012, they studied Spanish Fluency at Cemanahuac Spanish School. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Udemy, Cybrary, Jamf, and other institutions since 2019.
