Lilian Nwafor

Lilian Nwafor currently serves as the Learning and Development Manager at CardinalStone, a position held since November 2018, where responsibilities include driving learning initiatives, developing annual training plans, and overseeing the execution of employee development programs. Previously, Lilian worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, closely collaborating with business leaders to enhance talent management and integration processes. Earlier roles included Human Resources Support, Logistics and Procurement Officer at REAL ROYAL FASHION STORE, Customer Relationship Officer at UBA Group, and Geography Teacher during an NYSC posting. Lilian holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) Honours degree in Geology from the Federal University of Technology Owerri, Nigeria.
