Frank Vermeulen

Frank Vermeulen is an accomplished project leader and consultant specializing in the implementation of electronic health records and healthcare processes. Currently serving as Project Leader for EPD Implementation at Cardiologie Centra Nederland since October 2020, Frank oversees the implementation of MedicalPortal across all locations, coordinating project teams and managing user training. With a diverse background spanning multiple roles at VUmc from 2015, including Project Manager for Human Resources and Facility Management, Frank has successfully led projects focused on competency registration and facility renovations. Previous experience includes consulting roles at various healthcare organizations such as Raven-IT, The Forensic Care Specialists, and Prinses Máxima Centrum for Kinderoncologie, where Frank contributed to the implementation and optimization of healthcare IT systems. Frank holds a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences.
