Nick Kuleba has extensive work experience in software development. From 2013 to 2019, they worked at KNUCA as a C++ Developer, at Triolan as a Project Manager/Developer, at a Startup as a C Embedded Developer, at Sempal as a .NET Developer, at Luxoft as a Senior Software Developer, at Cardiomo Care, Inc. as a Senior Software Developer, and at DTEK as a .Net Team Lead. In 2022, they founded Dream Is Real. During their time at DTEK, they were responsible for green-field project design and development, logistic domain, and HR domain. Nick also developed team processes, conducted code review, and estimated tasks. Nick successfully delivered one project to production in a shortened time and completed the full development life-cycle. At Luxoft, they continuously developed new features and applications. At Sempal, they developed several .NET applications for testing and working with company products. At the Startup, they developed ARM Cortex M3 firmware with support for various peripherals and many functions for communication with other smart devices. At Triolan, they lead a team of five employees, managed HR, and managed tasks. Nick also developed firmware assembly and implemented additional modules based on the rt5350 chip. Nick designed and implemented a high-loaded system to collect data from wireless devices. During their time at Triolan, their team developed and implemented a system that provides wireless networks all over the country, as well as an advertising model based on this system.

Nick Kuleba has a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Computer Science from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture, which they obtained in 2021. Nick also holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the same university, which they obtained in 2016. Prior to that, they were a student at Nicolaus Copernicus University in 2010-2011. Additionally, they have obtained two certifications: one in Linux from Stepic.org in June 2016, and one in Entity Framework 6 from TestProvider in April 2016.
