Colleen Madison has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Colleen most recently worked at W. L. Gore & Associates as a US Strategic Marketing, Provider, where they executed market access initiatives, developed commercial launch strategies, and created value propositions to differentiate the company's brand. Prior to that, Colleen held various positions at Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., including Sr. Director Peripheral Marketing and Director, International Marketing Peripheral and Coronary Interventions. In these roles, they managed product managers, developed marketing strategies, and led digital marketing efforts. Before joining Cardiovascular Systems, Inc., Colleen worked at Medtronic, where they served as a Director of Global Business Strategy and Portfolio Planning, a Senior Clinical Research Manager, a Senior Global Group Marketing Manager, and a Global Principal Product Specialist. During their time at Medtronic, they led strategic planning, clinical research, downstream marketing, and product launches. Colleen also gained experience at Boston Scientific as a Senior Product Manager in Downstream Marketing and Marketing Science, and at AstraZeneca as a District Sales Manager and Regional Business Analyst.
Colleen Madison holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Colleen also has a Clinical Research Certificate from the University of Minnesota, which they obtained from 2016 to 2019. Additionally, Colleen has a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Business from The College of St. Scholastica.
Furthermore, Colleen has obtained several certifications to enhance their skills and knowledge. Colleen completed a Leadership Foundations course from LinkedIn in April 2021. In December 2019, they completed the "Writing in the Sciences" course offered by Stanford University through Coursera. Colleen also received a certification in "Introduction to Data Analysis Using Excel" from Microsoft in September 2019. Lastly, they completed the Cardiac Short Course at the University of Minnesota in January 2018.
