Kasper Guul Laursen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2010 as a Sales Assistant at Volkswagen Odense. Kasper then worked as a Junior Consultant at Væksthus Syddanmark, where they provided consultancy services to companies in the southern region of Denmark.

In 2015, Kasper joined Converzion as a Junior Business Converter, offering consulting services to European companies looking to expand overseas, primarily to the U.S. market. Kasper later joined F10 Dit konsulenthus as a Business Developer/Consultant, focusing on business development and optimization of sales and marketing strategies.

Kasper also worked as an External Instructor at Erhvervsakademiet Lillebælt (EAL) and as a Partner and Business Converter at Converzion, where they helped companies ensure growth capital, rapid growth, and global expansion. Kasper founded Kgl Management in 2016, and in 2019, they became a Partner at Tanken16, where they worked on capitalizing, developing, and scaling promising start-ups in Odense.

Kasper's roles at Robot at Work included serving as the CEO and a Member of the Management Board. The company offered a modular robotic platform and intuitive software for various applications. Currently, Kasper holds the position of SVP Partner Sales at Cardlay, a Danish FinTech company specializing in payment automation and expense management software for businesses.

Kasper Guul Laursen completed their education in a sequence of three institutions.
