Lauren Horton

Lauren Horton is the current Director of Operations at Cardless. Lauren has previously worked as a Payments Partnerships Manager - Financial Products at Airbnb from January 2013 to July 2020, and prior to that as a General Ledger Accountant at Fisher Investments from April 2010 to January 2013. Lauren began their career as an Audit Associate at Perry-Smith LLP from June 2007 to April 2010. During their time at Perry-Smith, they were responsible for financial and compliance audits, evaluation of financial reporting processes, and preparation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Lauren is passionate about building teams, developing talent and moving money with grace.

Lauren Horton has a BS in Business- Accounting from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo. Lauren is currently pursuing an Accounting and Business/Management degree from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
