Emma Herling

Emma Witschi Herling is a seasoned professional in client success management, currently serving as VP Client Success at Cardlytics since February 2022. Previously, Emma held various leadership roles at MediaMath from August 2012 to February 2022, including VP Client Success for DTC and Sr. Director of Client Services, where responsibilities included managing teams, launching service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, and achieving revenue targets for high-value accounts. Emma's earlier experience includes roles that involved onboarding clients and supporting them with MediaMath tools, along with internships in corporate marketing and interactive marketing at Meredith. Emma earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Geography and Art History from Colgate University in 2012.
