Currently serving as Sr. Director of Applied Science & Engineering at Cardlytics, Sohail heads ad optimization and machine learning systems, driving business growth through a dedicated team. As the founder of Talenhance AI, Sohail also contributes to innovative advancements in artificial intelligence. Previously, Sohail held various engineering leadership roles at Amazon, where responsibilities included leading product recommendation teams and launching new advertising services. With a strong background in real-time bidding at TubeMogul and management roles at Intuit and Salesforce, Sohail's career spans over two decades, supported by an MBA in Finance and Entrepreneurship from UCLA Anderson School of Management and a Bachelor of Engineering from Jadavpur University.
