Emmanuel Alexander De los Santos Perez is a skilled software developer with extensive experience in integration analysis and payment gateway development. Currently serving as a Senior Software Developer at Consorcio de Tarjetas Dominicanas (CardNET) since April 2019, Emmanuel coordinates the development processes between merchants and CardNet for web and physical terminal payment solutions. In addition, Emmanuel has been working as an independent programmer since November 2013. Emmanuel holds a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Dominicana O&M (2017-2021), a technical degree in Software Design and Development from Infotep (2013-2014), and completed secondary education at Liceo Elizabert Lantigua Bonilla (2009-2010).
